Email Phishing Scam Alert
We have confirmed that a number of emails, fraudulently pretending to be from Libro, are targeting Libro Owners, inviting you to click on a link and provide personal information.
Please be warned this is a phishing scam. These emails are not from Libro and, whatever they say, it is not a test we are carrying out.
Libro will never ask for your username, password or security question answers in an email. If you did click on the link, please let us know so we can work with you to secure your account.
We know from attacks on other financial institutions that, typically, when one email of this type arrives, others will follow so please remain vigilant.
If you have any questions, or want to report suspicious activity, don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Libro Coach or the Contact Centre. You can also access additional information on recognizing and reporting fraud on our website.
